When they talk about the leverage of paper silver trades over physical supply and such, and they talk about 500 times and a billion ounces traded in a day, they don't seem to be making any kind of estimate as to how many ounces are traded back and forth by speculators. For example, when a highly traded stock trades 25% of its float in one day, which may be a huge number, that might well reflect multiple buys/sells during the day by the same trader.
Does the above make sense or am I way off here. I'm not saying crooked stuff isn't going on, I think it does, but is it really to the extent that Bix is contending?
