This was an arms-length transaction, as far as we know. Both companies gave up what both companies' management and fans think was a lot. Who had the upper hand? The cash seems to be the larger trump card, but who knows.

I say trust both management teams to have gotten a fair deal. Look, if we got taken advantage of, then our management did an incompetent job or acted out of self interest. Either way, what chance did we have with those types going forward? I think you have to assume a fair deal, and let's see where the chips ultimately fall.

15 to 1; 20 to 1; 25 to 1; how in the heck would anyone on this board know better than management what the right ratio is?

Sometimes, you just have to show trust - most here have for years. Were all those who did show trust dumb and duped? If so, then blame yourselves, you should have figured it out by now. But, having read the board for quite some time, I haven't read much that would indicate anyone here thinks they themselves are stupid. So if you're not stupid, and you've been invested for a long time, you must trust management, so why would you stop trusting them now?
