I don't follow your reasoning. The reduction in share numbers will be offset by the increased share value. Approving this deal would not indicate any change in Mr. Roy's opinion of the ECU assets and those assets will now be owned by the new company and will be developed much sooner than if ECU had tried to finance the development on its own. As to his "silence" about the agreement there would be no reason for him to say anything in public at this point. The deal is now before the shareholders for their consideration and approval. The directors approved it unanimously which would include Mr. Roy. The terms will be clearly spelled out in releases to the shareholders. What would you expect him to say today and why in the world would you expect him to "diss" the agreement he has already approved as a director?
