Glad to hear that Michel is "onside" with the deal.

My main concern is that ECU had the potential to "Go slow and don't blow".

However, in the world of "High Finance", this is considered a "faus pas".

Accountants and Financiers are very "free and easy" with other peoples money, just like politicians.

Having been V.P. of a publicly traded company in the past, maybe I'm too close to the situation to be objective.

Still weighing my options (not that it matters).
