Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
It's a non-taxable exchange ESL. tere is no tax due except on the $.000394, which is only $394.00 per million shares. Although disiapointed I'm not going to get a double this summer as I had hoped, I'm with Mexico Mike. From an institutional standpoint this is a strong win-win move, albeit one with some patience required. If the massive sulphides drill out as well as we think, I think AUMN moves up 50% form here, assuming G&S hold together this summer. I guess phiisophically, I would sum up my take as, we live to fight another war, this time with much more ammo.
I'm selling just a little ecu to buy more atc.v, and gcu.v , both of which have the potential to double in the next six months, but only in my IRA's
