While I agree that the three invisible commissioners are probably even more corrupt than Chilton and Gensler, I don't agree that Chilton has done everything that he could. Chilton could resign in disgust and go public with his charges of malfeaseance, he has knowledge that would blow the roof off of the sleaze inside the CME and CFTC, and possibly the entire financial ponzi scheme. Why would any truely decent guy submit to this level obvious corruption? I would ask myself...in 20 years when my children are old enough to understand and be subjected to the history books recording this time as the most corrupt in world history, and I can almost assure anyone here this will be what is remembered about this time, where would the "kinda good guys" be placed? Going along with a crime in progress is being an accessory to the crime. End of story.
