This guy is either really stupid or was targeted for a takedown. I am no expert on the profile of rapists, but A.) I would think someone as old as him would have more self control and B.) someone as rich as he is would use a high priced hooker. Of course, the high priced hooker did not work out so well for Spitzer did it.
