I think the Peru blogger is Inka Klown, and it is no coincidence that the Klown is most active attacking ECU around the same time as the shorts get more aggressive. I would very much like to see some pressure put on these guys but I suspect the time and effort to go after them is counterproductive. The best revenge is for ECU to achieve some success and build value in the shares, such that these crooks will have to cover at a loss. JMHO...
