I look at the action with ECU, and similar stocks that I own, that some funds are dumping them and buying 'bullion' on paper or big name mine stocks that are producing in volume.

Basicly they expect that the sky may fall down and they are bracing for the event.

Sky Falling down = US dollar going into deeper trouble because the blood letting is not being stopped.
