Edgy, I don't agree..
it's all about fear, and fear when you think that some unknown has control and you're financial security is being chewed away is what supports continual but relatively small scale selling. Traders look for negativity and 'throwing it all in' as a means of accessing when a bottom is in. We have a lot of new posters here recently, plus a negative web site article which suggests the stock price was overpriced at about a $1.00
While some commentators are saying it's hedge funds trading the ratio, which it might be, it doesnt automatically apply to every mining stock in the world, and there are many hundreds of Canadian juniors I'm told.
The anomolies make me wonder why they are anomolies, (Panther's up at the moment) if it's possible to trade down an index, or whether it's circumspect analysis based on what might be happening with certain gold and silver mining funds
