From Scotia bank here in Montreal.

Paid $ 51.12 US for each Canadian maple Leaf. ( Thought I would do my little part to fight the paper Comex scammers, lol)

Incidentally,Scotia Bank has been sold out of their 1 ounce bars (across Canada) since Novemeber 2010! For whatever reason, they have not been available since then. They told me though, that the demand for silver has been more robust than gold.

Just more anecdotal evidence that there is perhaps a shortage of silver out there...
