I agree that Stonecap probably liked what they saw from the company and decided to initiate coverage and expose it to their clients with a conservative target. They can now take a watch and see with the drilling and then easily put out an update and target increase based on results.

At least their clients are possibly buying a few shares or watching....always a good thing...especially if ECU can come out with some good news.
