There were no movements of gold. In silver 0.05 Mozs were withdrawn from the customer inventory and 0.03 Mozs were deposited in the dealer inventory.

There were 12 delivery notices issued in the MAR gold contract. The MAR gold delivery notice total for the month is 1,234 notices or 123,400 ozs.

There were 236 delivery notices issued in the MAR silver contract. The MAR silver delivery notice total for the month is 1,383 or 6.91 Mozs. The shorts dug deep to try to come up with some silver and JPM issued 186 notices and Scotia Mocatta issued 46 notices.

The OI in MAR silver stands at 632 contracts which is high and unprecedented for this stage in the delivery month. The potential silver delivery for the month is 10.1 Mozs or 24.2% of the registered inventory.
