Ed Steer had a couple of interesting observations about this piece this morning:

(1) Per Chris Powell, this story appeared in the NYT online edition only, not the print version - "maybe the story will seep into the newspaper in another few decades."

(2) Somehow the author manages to write about the silver manipulation story without mentioning Ted Butler or GATA.
