Message: Juniors ready to break out?

My little Caledonia Mining has a confirmed break out yesterday, courtesy of American Bull

along with the price of gold, it seems several may be launching together. I don't generally go in for stock promotions, this one has so much potential though, that it seems wrong to keep it quiet.

Caledonia trades in Canada as Cal as well as the US- OTCB CALVF.

Chart here by Ganndolph over on Ragingbull

It's on it's way up to 40k ounces gold PA, 100k oz in a few years time, gold mining in Zim

and staking claims all over the place. Q4 financials are due at the end of March, they've released a PR advising that they've hit the numbers, but so far this isnt in the share price.

Pluses+

Potentially the worlds largest Cobalt mine (more drilling taking place this year), several offtake agreements already signed with the Chinese for a low cost open pit mine. Roads already built, needs a feasibility study but already recognised as having an economic resource (offtake agreements).

(read electric car batteries), and with a massive potential platinum op in SA

Negatives

Energy in Zim is an issue, Caledonia are using their own deisel gensets to supplement the grid when it goes down

500m shares issued, but assets outweigh the dilution, if everything was operating now it would be worth in the order of $>20/sh

There is a potential downside to mining in Zim in that there along with SA, they've been talking about black ownership, and making miners ensure that 50% or more of the operating companies there have shares owned by blacks. So far it's been kicked out by the coelection currently ruling in Zim. They need foreign investment desperately, and it's recognised that this would be anaethma to foreign companies. It's also been discussed that foreign companies who invest in the local people can have this investment offset against whatever is owed in the black ownership issue. Caledonia has been very supportive of the local people during the years of hyperinflation (they now use the USD and Rand in Zim), and are also owed several million $ by the Zim central bank, so all in all theyre in as good a position as they can be.

Just in case anyone is interested

and all in MHO
