Hey CMKX it's Mr. Soul not Mr. Silver :)... although that is quite an alright name in it's own right...

Argoz, I've been a holder in SXG for as long as I have been a holder in ECU, but I own about 1/6th as much Samex as I do ECU... something which has stung me as of late as I was picking up SXG at .16 not that long ago and have seen it boom to nearly 1 dollar on half the news/ real value add that we have seen with ECU. That is one reason why anyone who tells me that ECU is not manipulated is not getting much of a listen from my ears. ECU is heavily manipulated... but I am just too darned stubborn to walk away or place my money elsewhere.

I don't know as much about it as it was another recommendation from the same investor who showed me ECU, but I do know they are en exploration company with a shedload of copper (primarily) and silver/gold etc. The exploration story has been very positive and there is a serious belief by most shareholders that SXG is sitting on a motherloade... but like most JPM's they got shorted nearly into oblivion regardless. Now with the bounding prices of commodities, they have likewise jumped despite not being a producer. The only problem I personally ever had with them was that their exploration news items are always unfriendly to casual investors... you really need to be an advanced Geologist to decipher half of it... however they have improved lately. This may be part of why insiders are jumping into it, casual investors didn't have much info to work with... however those a bit more 'in the know' probably realize the potential for this company to become a big copper play.

Personally I think they seem to be a really nice little story which could generate some real income and investor value (I just bought more last week before Fridays boom) but obviously do a little DD of your own. One of the things that interested me the most was the story behind their discovery of the main property location... apparently they used an old treasure map/ local stories about old productive copper mining locations in Chile and just went back to check out the potential... and voila.

A little speculation from my side... they did announce a fairly extensive drilling program on their Los Zorros property at the end of January... perhaps someone has some news coming out soon?? If news does come out I'll be a bit peeved that someone new about it and could by before I could. That said, I did buy last week. :)
