It's nowhere near as broad a scope as Holland's draconian masterpiece, yet interesting to note the authorities now require fingerprints from individuals selling as little as $100 worth of Gold. This legislation is allegedly put into place to deter residential breakins and once enacted, we're honestly supposed to believe this leaves no other worthwhile incentive to break into anyone's home? If tptb truly wanted to help prevent breakins then why not broaden the scope of this law to require the same compliance with anyone who wants to pawn goods worth more than $100. At any rate consider this a small alarm bell sounding off.
