Sadly, Chapman has become a paranoid nutcase. This is the same guy that stated the US would begin bombing in Iran within 60 days, and that was 2 years ago. His rants have become more and more irrational. The man takes some information and then makes up the rest as he goes along to create wildly exagerated claims that do not even make sense.
For example he states the US planned the uprising in Egypt. Then he states there was no one in place that is acceptable to replace Mubarek. Really? So they just launched an uprising that could destabilize the region and had no successor? A great plan indeed! I guess if you are anxious to find a reason to criticize the US no matter what happens in the world, then that kind of silly scenario makes perfect sense.
At some point there has to be a filter on the assumptions that people make. The US has many problems and I have no doubt there is a corruption issue at almost every level of government. However when one becomes so polarized in their outlook that every event is construed as some grand evil scheme launched on behalf of American interests, I lose all interest in reading it.
Why is it so outrageous just to accept that things were bad in Egypt because inept leadership failed to address the needs of the people? The US did not initiate this uprising, it was the individual acts of many thousands of people demanding change. There does not have to be evil people behind the scenes and swirling black helicopters involved in every significant world event. Chapman is a joke and most of his predictions over the last couple of years have been the rantings of a delusional nut.
cheers!
