The last time copper traded at its current price of $4.49/lb was about 1 month ago. At that time, gold and silver were trading at $1425 and $31, respectively. Additionally, we have the Middle East revolutions now so that should be good for another 5-10% appreciation in precious metals. For reference, the USD was at about 79.50 in early January.
