Well, a total of $68 billion/yr. isn't all that bad....it could all go to California. Now, if JPMorgan can figure out a way to profit at least 10% by skimming off that....can you buy beer with those food stamps debit cards JPM makes big dough ?

I guess that would be one way to really get the average American fired up...raise the price of booze and rip them off even more.
