It may be time to start buying...let the market tell you. Don't just jump in and hope...the market will find a bottom and then have a higher high...buy a little and see if the higher high holds..if it does buy a little more...scale into the lows...

or buy a little now...and see where it goes. If it goes lower buy some more...at some point the above will happen and then you can get in with more dry powder.

As it goes up, sell a little..and wait...if it goes up some more sell a little more...

It's not that hard to do. Buy low sell some higher...you don't have to have 100% of your money working all the time...if you do you are at the mercy of the Cartel...learn to play their game and profit from it....
