So the proposed ruling on position limits was accepted by 4 to 1. Now 60 days of comment from the public?

When will the ruling get effective? I don't know. I will wait for the press releases to get some clarification.

It really appears that the CFTC doesn't have the budget to implement the tasks they were given under the Dodd-Frank Act. That is ridiculous.
