Seems like the Cartel is now implementing Plan B - pull down the pm stocks. Plan A was to hit G&S which they did really well. My portfolio is down big time. SLW down 5.5% CEF down 3.3% GDXJ down 4.6% and ECU down 3% and HUI down 3.2%.
