If you look at the ECU time and sales, what is going on with CIBC World Markets selling 1000, or 500 then 200 then 300 shares, to itself time after time after time at the end of the trading day?

Did anyone notice we were down a nickel? So much for the good drilling results, and those brokerages who buy the mining index.
