Once you overcome the emotions, then you have the basis for what you are trying to accomplish.

I understand what you are trying to do, but you will always have the "hangers on".

When they refuse to work, or give excuses why they can't, what do you do with them?

There will always be someone who wants more than someone else.

If all the wealth in the world was evenly distributed at 12.00 midnight, within one minute, someone would have more and someone would have less.

That is human nature!
