What we need this week is a few short bursts above 30 (which will definitely be pushed back hard) and a final thrust well above 30... like 30.75. Once we have clearly breached and held for a few hours, then we have broken the base and we're free to fly. The same happened at 20 and again at 25... and more recently at 29. 30 however in my opinion is the last hurdle to mass inflow and attention, theoretically pushing us very quickly to 35.

ECU will always take a few days to really react. A nice piece of news (drilling, oh god/santa/shiva/Budda/Leonard Cohen please drilling program news soon...) will help us life off with real conviction. Then of course the customary 50% retrace and new base for a few weeks... rinse and repeat at 450 degrees until golden brown ($5+).
