Silver and gold just turned up and are positive for the day. For a welcome change ECU was the only green stock in my portfolio for the las hour. I expect that we may see the metals sector transition to positive and finish in the green for the day.

I just watch another canadian jr that was suffering from heavyshorting shed its shackles and turn up over 30% this morning. That could be how we see ECU behave as we go forward.

We should get a good read on the shorts on Wednesday. I think they tok a good blow in November, but I don't think we are rid of them YET! Soon it will not be worth the risk to hold a significant short position on ECU.
