So, the question that I ask myself is:

What is the best way, the most humane way, etc. to cull a population?

1. Do you create an unstable situation, like WW11, and create brutal conditions that will take the lives of millions, or

2. Do you engineer a global unstable financial situation, that will create brutal conditions that will take the lives of billions?

History always repeats itself.
