Has the elephant gotten off its bum (not left the room)?

In the last minute of trading, we had four sellers, and three buyers. Our favorite, Penson, must have switched their trading algorithm, for the second day in a row they bought at 3:59:50 pm, 13000 shares.

This has to be positive, I would think.
