Concerning the statement " every single contract that was stopped [received] by the Bank of Nova Scotia was entirely for their own proprietary trading account ", and the fact that the Sprott Physical Silver fund expects to take delivery of most of its silver in the next week or two, it seems likely that BNS is a major supplier.
