Good for Bart Chilton. However I doubt if JP Morgan(Blythe Masters) will ever do jail time for manipulation. If they can wake up one of the two CTFC judges, they may be fined a million dollars for making many billions on the fraudulent transactions over the years.

On another note - Rumours are still strong that lawyers are preparing a strong lawsuit against JP Morgan for manipulating the silver market. This private sector lawsuit might have a good chance of prevailing where the CFTC suit will probably be a slap on the wrist. I had thought that the lawsuit may have been scuttled but apparently it is still underway. Maybe we will get an early Christmas present.
