except ECUXF which is down over 3.55% on the recent good news and spot silver going up.

Can anyone believe that there is not a criminal PoS sitting on ECU? I am getting real tired of it. I would greatly appreciate ECU management taking some action. If they can't start looking into it, at the very lease a $.001 dividend would go a long way to punishing shorts.
