I know Chile is not immune to having bas***ds in politics, but this real life story transcends all of those "puny" political "small" men.

Even Obama tried to make political points by speaking about the rescue. You could see his lips move, but that's about all.

Suggest we all try and put ourselves in those miners' places. Think they care about politics? Think they care about bankers? Think they care about anything but being rescued, being alive and re-united with their families?

And this rescue was engineered in America!
