Guys, It is unrealistic and not possible to delcare a cash dividend at this point. I'm pretty sure the loan covenants for the 20 million or so currently owed require the debt holder be paid in full before any cash dividends are declared. Also as a former board member of a few small corporations, I will tell you it cannot be construed as prudent (prudent man rule) to borrow additional monies for the purpose of paying a dividend. That is considered a no-no and would be looked upon as a "Death Spiral" by shorters, who by the way couldn't care less about paying the half a cent or 1 cent dividend, if management was irresponsible enough to declare one, which they are not. The shorts would still short if they felt they could get a 10 cent profit by shorting it. The idea of a dividend imho is a non-starter. I defer to my past posts for the answer to our Conundrum, and I am sure management is working on the solution as hard as humanly possible. Just my two cents worth. It certainly is exciting to see the movement in PM's-except it just means that "Something Wicked This Way Comes" is coming a little faster.....
