In the past, it always seemed that any time logic dictated ECU should rise, it actually declined a least a penny, or in the best case, stayed flat. An "in-your-face" Cartel show of force, to make sure we low-lifes knew who was in control.

So, today should be a good test of their control, at least concerning ECU.

Well it is still early, but we are down 2 pennies this morning.
