I'm hoping that all of you are a bit like I am these days... walking around with a permanent smile. The only thing stressing me at present is trying to figure out how to get myself a bit of cash flow to buy in a load more shares at this price before we finally see the wall crack.

There is a series of chaotic events happing globally while the 'average joe' I speak to seems oblivious. I foresee a prolonged period of this chaos as the real ramifications of the 'correction' or 'stimulation' to the financial markets starts to rear it's ugly, ugly head... all the folks that I know who still reside in the murky underwork of the hedge funds and banking know that their empire is in serious, deep trouble. Their own greed, their risk taking and demand for continual 'mega-bonuses' are taking their toll on their own security... if you erode the foundations of the kingdom you run in search of ever increasing returns, you will watch as your castle walls slip into the sea. For many of them, they will always be rich, so it matters little- the cruel irony of it all.

It seems the chaos has now infected US politics as well. Coming from Canada I know what happens when either the 'right' or the 'left' split into factions. Chaos. The majority of the people will want a certain type of government, but will fail as they cannot agree on how/who to back. The benefactor is the unified party. Tea Party activists are praising their overthrowing of traditional sitting republicans in primaries, despite the fact that they have far less of a chance of winning those seats back from Democrats. They have a image issue with the majority of Americans while holding onto a strong and passionate base. Will the Republicans now be as disheveled and self-destructive as the Democrats have been for decades? Probably... but it means little anyhow as the country is about as far up sh$t creek as it could possible go... I'm sure many of you living there can hear the roar of 'F'd up Falls' just down the river. Pick up your Silver or Gold paddles my friends and start paddling with all your might! Every Gold Bug for himself! :)

Over here we're seeing a very strong and bold Swiss franc literally leaving the past few years of relative weakness in the dust. Strong Swiss Franc = gold plus... safe haven currency and precious metals have rarely seemed so bullish in such a short (and unheralded in the main stream media) way. Change is not coming, it's here... it's just wearing slippers so it can sneak up on the regular folk.
