far from it, they are NOT well, they are begging for mercy and hope that someone drops the ball or is convinced to stop sending losses the way of the cartel. However, there is no longer ONE good guy pitt against the cartel, there are many....they come inthe form of countries, many millionaires and many people converting over.....they don't know who to call.....
