I'm in total agreement with you.

If you have read my posts here and on the "other board", you will understand where I stand.

Also, to those "whiners" about the marketplace being manipulated, try this exercise.

At the end of any business day, calculate the amount of monies used to buy and sell equities just in North America (for the real ambitous, add in europe, asia, etc.)

You will see that just in North America alone, the monies changing hands daily,in equities alone, is sometimes greater than the total annual budget of the U.S., and throughout the world, on a daily basis, the monies changing hands in the marketplace, far exceeds all government yearly spending budgets.

Yes, some influential group can zero in on a particular sector, but they are not able to influence the whole marketplace.

And if any here think they are smart enough to play ball with the regular traders, I have one comment - good luck with that.

It is a "dog eat dog" world, and those on this board deserve whatever edge we can provide them with to be safe.
