and the board is as quiet as it has been "forever".

I would like to remind those that "railled" against "other topics throughout the week", that everything and anything that is political, religious, financial etc. has an effect on the marketplace, and thus the price of gold and silver. There is only so much "Rah Rahing" you can do about the company, and then it becomes "old hat, repetitious, etc. and those like coach and ESL seem to spend their time doing more useful things, like maybe, as I do, getting a better read on the fundamentals driving the system as a whole.

Also, I am not a religious person, as I think of it a "crutch for the weak", but if it comforts those that practice, who am I to question them? Whatever you need to do, I say!

However,

A great man (Gandhi) once said that those that wish for a separation between church and state, know little about either", and in todays "nomadic world", that holds more true today.

Pic, suggest you should do what makes you happiest.

Came across this interesting "O.T." today, from one of my favourite news columnists.

How to save the Earth: Goldstein

Recession is the proven cure to cutting carbon output. Who's in?

Snippet:

You’d think world leaders would be boasting that in 2009, for the first time since 1992, global emissions of man-made carbon dioxide did not increase over the previous year.

Indeed, in the industrialized world — us — they dropped a record 7%.

Unfortunately, the major reason wasn’t the increasing use of renewable energy.

It was the global recession set off in 2008 by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis.

Comment:

So, to all the "righteous" savers of the earth, do you favour extending the current recession/depression? If we increase the worlds financial problems, and quickly, we could really get into Al Gore's "good books", lol.

Good Luck to all!
