In last 5 minutes talk about front running and HFT and possible investigations about market discrepancies and lack of confidence building in markets. This plays to my view that computers have taken over the market and volatility scares people and it should !!! Computer trading is way ahead of the regulators and employ smarter people with more sophisticated vehicles. The only way to deal with this is shut down large swaths of computer trading vehicles as unfair advantage and crrating war like volatility.
