I emailed Bill at GATA a few days ago and he told me he is beyond frustrated about the Silver lawsuit. He is remaining tight lipped as like any other suit it is dragging it's feet. I would almost bet a man in a dark suit and sunglasses showed up and asked the firm if they really wanted to do that. Bill promised he would update any hint that he could on Midas when he got a chance.
