Well, it has been cooler in southern California than normal, perhaps its that missing chunk of sun? It's Wednesday, doesn't electromagnetic mischief travel at the speed of light?

The way the world has been the last few years, together with the proliferation of media/internet etc., there are events various people would call very significant constantly. The outer planets have very little effect, gravitationally, on the earth so even a particular alignment would have an infinitessimal effect, however, I will concede that perhaps that's all that's necessary for things to go even more cuckoo than usual on this planet.
