But, what if someone already has their gold (and silver), after 10 years of accumulation, and would like to be the FIRST to break the cartel, rather than NOT THE FIRST?

Seems to me that the PMs are ripe for a very large spike upward, quick retrace, and then a slightly more subdued continuation of the breakout to ???

Who knows what and when, but I want to see a breakout. I do not want to accumulate until the day I die, knowing that I was right, all the way to the graveyard.
