Careful with this one.
I'm on Jim Cameron's deep-ocean team with Anatoly Sagalevitch and others. Anatoly was not called to the Gulf. I'm almost certain he did not write this 'report.'
Most of what you sent me was written by someone smoking some strong stuff.
I helped write and edit the Cameron report which is attached. It can be seen on the Woods Hole and Harbor Branch web sites.
