The mill cost will be included in the coming scoping study but I personally would guess maybe $25-$30 million would get the job done for a used mill using some of the experienced ECU personnel. I can say that I heard Michel say that his people could re-assemble a purchased used mill of this size in 3 months.

Payment plan and details were not disclosed in the meeting from my recall other than to state no equity and they had pursused discussions. They made a point of expressing again real concern for any further dilution.
