a joke of a bill.

the vitter amendment would have added some real teeth to the this bill, but was soundly shot down only minutes after this one was passed.

classic example of congress doing nothing and hoping that it looks like something to the average voters.

but this 'compromise' bill was just a shell of its former self.

truly a shame.
