He is definately on the ball and has a vested interest in seeing the company do well. I think this was supposed to be a trial thing and the company likes what they have seen so far and made it permanent. I think they also let go the other company that ws doing some cutomer relations work for them.

I like that they are highlighting some of the important points in the PR's now and I especially liked the mention of the 6 million gold equivelent oz instead of just silver. We all know that there is a lot of gold and silver but it is good to them highlight that at a time when gold is starting to get some press and maybe some interest.
