ECU in SIL holdings

I've been following the recent launch of SIL, a silver miner ETF. They recently published their holdings:

The holdings are adjusted to track on the Solactive Global Silver Miners Index (which I have never heard of). ECU is 1.29% of assets - 434000 shares at this point - and hopefully can benefit as general public interest in silver increases as SIL is one of the only silver stock ETF's out there.
