I'd just like to add a note. I participate on a number of web forums. I am honored to be a hub leader and have been questioned mildly lately about being a tout or somehow a pumper and slammer. Someone who would only allow positive comments and get rid of anyone with less complimentary posts.
No one has ever asked me to behave in any manner other than to be respectful of the rules and other posters. I have never deleted a post other than my own. I have posted both critically and positively re. ECU. People have discussed the other side of many opinions that I post. All is just how it should be.
I find this site to be a manifestation of the many contributors. I have found most posters to be respectful and sincere, even though we do get the occasional post that is not conducive with gentlemanly discourse. I offer that the reason that this hub could possibly look like a promo for ECU is that ECU has a good story and most of us have positions in the stock. We are doing nothing more than one would do around the water cooler and that is discussing why we chose to buy the stock. Agoracom nor any hub leader or president has ever asked me to behave in any way. My observation is that this hub is an honest discussion of a subject that is of interest to participants and observers.
It is indeed troublesome that with all the blatant theft, manipulation and corruption in todays markets that this participant driven site is targeted. It shows how totally dysfunctional those in charge have become. I proffer that we need an investigation of the complete incompetence and complicity of the regulators and compliance agencies.
So as long as I am putting my personal opinion forth, let me take the opportunity to thank every single contributor (poster) who shares his research, opinions, and findings with the rest of us.
My mom used to tell me that eventually truth will come out. I believe that the truth regarding ECU will eventually come out and it will result in ECU continuing to grow in both company performance and share price performance.
