I am expecting the 76,000 ounces of silver eq. per month plus base metals production will increase to over 100,000 silver eq. per month based on the improved recovery information provided in the previous press release that discussed February production results plus all base metal revenue.
I know that the sulphide plant is still not running a full production schedule or at full capacity but closer to 15 days per month and 280 tpd so this leaves lots of room for increased silver eq. production from the sulphide mill plus more base metals as this plant continues to gearup to 30 days per month and 320 tpd. Of course I expect the tailings will now occupy some of the down time of the sulphide mill until completely processed since they are no longer being mixed into the oxide mill.
A scoping study showing a positive initial economic report on a 1500 tpd mill that could produce 4 to 5 million silver eq. ounces annually would be really positive in my view. The company has stated they plan a phased approach to a new 5000 tpd of additional production starting with 1500 tpd mill. This phased approach to development make lots of sense.
